Here are my top five Fourth of July songs. Songs that I HAVE to hear at some point during the day on the Fourth! FIVE | Home - Dierks Bentley

It's been a long hard ride/And I won't lose hope/This is still the place/That we all call home Whenever I hear this song by Dierks Bentley, I normally get chills and occasionally tears in my eyes. But.. I wouldn't admit that if I saw you in person, I'd probably say I just yawned and that there were no tears in my eyes. If anything, just listen to the words of this song. It really speaks to you if you just listen.

FOUR | America the Beautiful - Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton

America, America/God shed His grace on thee Classic. Have to listen to this song and sing along. In elementary school, our music teacher taught us sign language to this song. I sometimes find myself signing along.

THREE | Amazing Grace - Leann Rimes

Amazing Grace/How sweet the sound/That saved a wretch like me Um. Crying. I LOVE this version of Amazing Grace. It gives me chills and makes me cry. every. time. I'm even tearing up right now thinking about it. Anyways, Amazing Grace is a timeless song that will never get old to listen to on the Fourth!

TWO | God Bless the USA - Lee Greenwood

And I'm Proud to be an American/Where at least I know I'm free How can this song not make the list? Seriously. Too good to leave off!

ONE | The Star Spangled Banner - Martina McBride

Oh, say does that star spangled banner yet wave/O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave If the Nation's anthem is going to be the number one song, then it has to be sung by my favorite artist. I mean, how can Martina McBride not sound amazing singing the anthem? She can never sound horrible!
